When will the balcony be open for viewing?
To be able to use the upstairs, we will have to add bathrooms, elevator, stairs, asphalt more parking area, and install more fire alarm equipment. We estimate completing this work within the year.

Is there more parking at the new facility?
There are 20 more spaces. Please utilize the large drop-off area for your children and then find a place to park around the building.

Is the new gymnastic facility bigger?
The new facility is bigger and the majority of the equipment is near the viewing area so you can see your child for the majority of his/her class. The new seating area also has 275 more square feet.

  • Balcony’s annual registration fee of $38.00 is based on one child per family. If more than one child and/or parent participate in any of Balcony’s programs the annual registration fee is $70.00. REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Monthly payments are due every 4 weeks, which means that fees are not always due the first week of the month. Please check the monthly calendar for tuition due dates. Months with holidays will be prorated.
  • Make-up classes are allowed for recreational classes. One make-up per month allowed for two absences per month. You MUST call in advanced to schedule a make-up class.
  • Full payment is expected at the beginning of each 4-week period. Credits are not given for absences (please see make-up policy).
  • Each Balcony member will be sent an invoice at least two weeks prior to payment due date.
  • Balcony is closed certain weeks of the year, which has been taken into consideration when calculating tuition.
  • If payment is not received by past due date (10 days after due date), a 10% late charge is added to your bill and your child’s space on the roster can and will be deleted (and possibly replaced) until full payment has been made. Please contact the office if there is a reason you are unable to pay by due date. In certain situations, special arrangements can be made.
  • If a check is returned for any reason, you will be assessed a $20.00 service charge, per item.
  • It is your responsibility to have your child attend their scheduled class. If necessary, make-up classes can be scheduled for another class time. You must call the office in advance to schedule the make-up. One make-up per two (2) classes missed per month is allowed. Make-up classes are allowed only if classes are not full and meet the appropriate level for your child’s program.
  • Parents are responsible for picking up their children immediately following the end of class. If you find you are going to be late, PLEASE CALL the office. We will notify your child and not permit them to leave the building until your arrival.
  • Balcony Gymnastics and Youth Sports Complex requires written notice prior to dropping from our program(s). Balcony requires at least TWO WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE prior to cancellation of classes at Balcony, or you will be billed and responsible for payment. There are no exceptions to this policy!
  • Any further questions, comments or concerns you may contact the Office Manager at 352-401-3663 between the hours of 8:00AM – 4:00PM Monday – Friday.
