Gymnastics Classes

Our preschool gymnastics classes are an introduction to gymnastics and physical fitness in a fun and exciting atmosphere.  Tailored for children 18 months to 4 years old (accompanied by a guardian), the focus of this class is on developing gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills. Students also benefit by learning to follow instructions and developing social skills.

Our Tumblebee class is created for children 3 to 4 years old, without a parent or guardian. Toddler classes focus on age-appropriate skill development, such as fine and gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and balance. Olympic-style equipment is utilized as appropriate, along with pre-school activity stations that introduce specific gymnastics skills and positions. This class encourages social skills for your preschooler, all while building their self-esteem. 

 Our Kinderbee class is crafted to teach young athletes basic gymnastics skills and tumbling all while learning technique, and terminology. 

Our boys and girls beginner classes are geared towards developing strength, flexibility, balance, agility, self-confidence, and sportsmanship. Athletes will learn the basics of gymnastics in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Beginner classes will introduce gymnastics terminology, continued training of basic elements while developing beginner skills on all four events; vault, bars, beam, and floor.  

Levels feature progressively more advanced skills for continued challenges. Student progress is tracked with skill cards. Upon completion of each level, children receive recognition and advance to the next class level.

Our Beginner Tumbling class covers the beginning fundamentals of tumbling while building strength and flexibility.  This class is perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, or any athlete looking to learn or perfect their tumbling skills.
